2ARaffles Official Rules and Terms & Conditions


NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.


By participating in the Raffle conducted by 2Araffles (“2ARAFFLES”), you (“Entrant”) hereby agree to the following mandatory terms, conditions, and official rules (“Official Rules”):

  1. Important Dates: 
    • “Raffle Period”: The Raffle Period will begin at 11:00AM (“ET”) on January 16, 2025, and end at 11:59PM ET on February 28, 2025. Raffle tickets may be purchased online during the Raffle Period. All write-in entries must be received during the Raffle Period to be eligible. 
    • “Drawing Date”: The drawing of potential winner(s) will take place on
      March 3, 2025.
  2. Prize: (1) Limited Series Daniel Defense “Tropic Daze” rifle, 10 Boxes of Ammunition from Hornady, (2-5) $250 Daniel Defense Gift Card
  3. Not Tax Deductible: 2ARAFFLES is a non-profit organization and 100% of proceeds shall go to 2ARAFFLES mission of supporting 2nd Amendment Rights, however, contributions made for the Raffle do not qualify as tax-deductible contributions.  
  4. Participation Limited by Jurisdiction: This Raffle is conducted pursuant to the laws of the United States and the state of Wyoming and is void outside of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and void where prohibited by law. Individuals are responsible for confirming it is lawful to participate in the Raffle in their local and state jurisdiction before entering the Raffle.  
  5. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter, as described below. 
    • Purchase: Entrants may enter by purchasing Raffle tickets by visiting 2araffles.com during the ticket purchase period specified and following the instructions provided on that site to purchase one or more Raffle tickets. 2ARAFFLES is not responsible for payments declined by our credit card processor or the card issuer. All Raffle ticket purchase requests are subject to verification by 2ARAFFLES, and no sale is final until the Raffle ticket purchase order is accepted by 2ARAFFLES. Any entry that 2ARAFFLES determines, in its sole judgment, was stolen, resold, unissued, ineligible, altered, or counterfeited in whole or in part, defective, printed in duplicate, or printed in error will be void.
    • Write-In: To receive an eligible entry without purchase, send a letter containing your name, address, date of birth, telephone number, and email address to 2ARaffles, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY. Entrant is responsible for providing proper postage. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Raffle. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted (including, but not limited to, photocopies and computer-generated reproductions). Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win. 2ARAFFLES is not liable for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable, regardless of reason. 
  6. Raffle Date and Period:  If the Drawing cannot be held on the Raffle Date for any reason, it will be held within a reasonable time thereafter. If for any reason this Raffle is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of 2ARAFFLES which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Raffle, then 2ARAFFLES reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Raffle and randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date to award prizes. 
  7. Eligibility. Participants and prize winner must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, and must be at
    least 18 years of age or at least the minimum age for purchase of a rifle where the participant resides at the date of entry.
  8. Prize Qualifications: The Prize can only be awarded to an individual who is legally qualified to receive, own, and possess it. Entrant understands that he or she cannot take possession of a firearm until he or she has satisfied the applicable government transfer and background check process in-person at the licensed premises of a Federal Firearms Licensee Dealer (“FFL”) in accordance with local, state, and Federal law. The Entrant further agrees that he or she is solely responsible for his or her compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Receipt, ownership, or possession of the Prize may be PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS and this Raffle is VOID IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS. It is a Potential Winner’s sole responsibility and obligation to complete any legal obligations related to receipt of the Prize (such as background checks for firearms). A Potential Winner shall not be entitled to any monetary payment in lieu of a Prize that the Potential Winner is unqualified to receive.
  9. Fees: The Official Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes, or expenses associated with the prize award, including but not limited to any transfer fees for firearms imposed by the FFL. 
  10. No Transfer or Assignment: No assignment, transfer, conversion to cash or cash redemption or substitution of a prize is permitted, although 2ARAFFLES expressly reserves the right to substitute a Prize with an item of comparable or greater value should the prize become unavailable. All Prize details are at the sole discretion of 2ARAFFLES.
  11. Odds of Winning:  Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Odds of winning are the same for any method of entry. 
  12. Drawing: Eligible Entrants will be assigned a ticket number for each eligible entry. On the Drawing Date, a ticket number will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The ticket number selected at random will determine the potential winner (“Potential Winner”). The Official Winner’s names/locations will be published on either the 2ARAFFLES’s website and/or on 2ARAFFLES’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). This Raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or X.
  13. Notification and Official Winner: 
    • Claim Deadline: The first Potential Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days of the Drawing Date. If the Potential Winner fails to claim their prize within 72 hours of being notified, the Prize is deemed forfeited. 2ARAFFLES is not responsible or liable for inability to contact a Potential Winner due to incorrect contact information supplied or the Potential Winner’s failure to respond to communications, or 2ARAFFLES’s failure to receive such responses regardless of cause. 2ARAFFLES’s obligation is limited to making good faith efforts to contact a Potential Winner.
    • Official Winner: 2ARAFFLES shall have the sole discretion to determine whether a Potential Winner is an official winner of the Prize (an “Official Winner”). 2ARAFFLES’s determination of the Official Winner shall be final and binding. To be determined to be the Official Winner: (1) the Potential Winner must be eligible to participate in the Raffle and legally qualified to receive, own, and possess the Prize; (2) the Potential Winner must not be in violation of these Official Rules as determined by 2ARAFFLES in its sole judgment; (3) the Potential Winner’s identity, residence, and winning ticket must be verified by 2ARAFFLES; (4) the Potential Winner must execute and return to 2ARAFFLES an affidavit of eligibility and release on a form to be provided by 2ARAFFLES before the Prize is awarded; (5) the Potential Winner must provide 2ARAFFLES with all tax identification information required by federal, state or local law; and (6) the Potential Winner must agree to arrange shipping of the prize to a FFL whose license permits the FFL to transfer firearms to individuals. If for any reason whatsoever the foregoing requirements are not satisfied with respect to a particular Potential Winner, or if the Potential Winner fails to comply with any legal obligations related to receipt of the Prize (such as background checks for firearms) or is prohibited by law from receiving the Prize, then that Potential Winner’s Prize will be deemed forfeited. 
    • Forfeit: If a Potential Winner’s Prize is forfeited, an alternate Potential Winner will be selected at random from among the remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Raffle Period. No compensation will be provided for any Prize that is not able to be awarded to a Potential Winner. 
  14. Nonrefundable:  Raffle entry payments to 2ARAFFLES are non-refundable once submitted. Any payments in connection with this contest that are declined, rejected, returned, refunded, canceled, disputed or otherwise not made will result in ineligibility of the unpaid online entries.
  15. Warranty: 2ARAFFLES makes no claim regarding the actual value of the Prize and is not responsible for the accuracy of any value estimate provided by prize donors or anyone else. 2ARAFFLES does not guarantee the accuracy of the Prize descriptions published. The Prize is awarded “as-is” and 2ARAFFLES makes no warranty as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, suitability, or condition. All Prizes are subject to change without notice.
  16. Privacy:  2ARAFFLES will be collecting personal data about Entrants from entries in accordance with its Privacy Policy available here: https://2araffles.com/privacy-policy/. By participating in the Raffle, Entrants agree to collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted 2ARAFFLES Privacy Policy. Financial and/or physical address information will not be shared. In the case of Potential and Official Winners, personal information will be used to contact winner and deliver prizes.
  17. Publicity Release: An Official Winner, by accepting his or her Prize, grants 2ARAFFLES and the designees and affiliates of 2ARAFFLES full permission, except where legally prohibited, to use the Official Winner’s name, address (city and state only), likeness, voice, and prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further compensation and without notice, review, or approval, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet and world wide web, in perpetuity.
  18. Indemnification: By participating, each Entrant, including Potential and Official Winners, agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2ARAFFLES, and its directors, board members, officers, owners, shareholders, subsidiaries, members, partners, agents, representatives, employees, successors, parents, heirs, executors, administrators, and affiliates (individually a “Indemnitee” and collectively, the “Indemnitees”) from and against any and all liability, claims, losses, damages or causes of action of any kind however named or described with respect to or arising out of: (i) an Entrant’s participation in the Raffle or winning the prize, and (ii) on Entrant’s acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the Prize.
  19. Limitation of Liability: An Entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of duty or conduct by any Indemnitee related to the Raffle shall be limited to the return of the purchase price paid for his or her Raffle tickets. In no event shall any Indemnitee be liable to any person for any loss or injuries to earnings, profits, or goodwill, or for any incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any person or entity whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of the Raffle.
  20. Disputes: Each Raffle Entrant, including Potential and Official Winners, agrees: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of 2ARAFFLES, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal; (b) that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Raffle, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in and under the laws of the State of Wyoming; (c) that the Entrant submits to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Wyoming for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all objections to such jurisdiction; and (d) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any other damages, to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, or to recover attorney’s fees.
  21. Severability: These Official Rules for the Raffle are severable, and if any portion is determined invalid or unenforceable by a body of competent jurisdiction, the remaining portions will remain valid, enforceable and in effect to the fullest extent consistent with applicable law.
